Initial Survey

Location of plot and photo of present condition, verification of cemetery rules and quote for necessary work. 

It may be possible to undertake the work at the same time. In such a case work will not start until agreed by you and the survey cost will be deducted from the charge for work undertaken. If you need us to locate the grave there will be a £20.00 charge.

Cost is dependent on location and/or condition of grave  

• Removal of litter and overgrowth.
• Leaves raked and any dead flowers or plants removed.
• Grass trimmed and edged.
• Plot weeded and any urns or vases washed. 
• Headstone cleaned using natural products. 
• Fresh flowers or plants placed on grave. 
• Before and after photo sent to client.

We can then keep the plot maintained on a regular basis under a variety of packages. In each case the above jobs will be undertaken.

• Bi-annually
• Seasonally 
• Monthly

• Plots can be levelled, returfed or reseeded if required at appropriate times of the year.
• Replacement of stone or glass chippings, should the old materials be worn, dirty and have lost their effect.
• Flowers or wreath can be placed on the grave on special occasions such as birthdays or Christmas etc. Cost is £30.00 per visit.
• Lettering - Faded lettering can be retouched at a cost of£1.00 - £1.50 per character.
• For genealogists or those researching their own family history we will locate the grave you are interested in then visit, take a photo of the grave and note the full inscription - £30.00 per visit.
